What Is The SuccessPath Leadership Academy?
The SuccessPath Leadership Academy develops essential leadership, confidence and communication skills for middle and high school students. Grades and SAT scores are one piece of the puzzle, but there are also extremely important skills required for college acceptance and career success.

Meet Rushab Kamdar
Founder
Hi there! My name is Rushab Kamdar, and I’ve been proud to call Montgomery, NJ home since 2017. I’m a father to two middle-school-aged daughters who are also part of the SuccessPath Leadership Academy.
As a serial entrepreneur, I’ve owned eight businesses over the past 20 years. For the last 13 years, I’ve been running a leadership accelerator, helping professionals build the essential skills they need to excel in their careers.
My workshops, keynotes, and coaching programs have been trusted by top organizations like Google, Forbes, Unilever, Stanley Black & Decker, Harvard Business School, Boston University, and Georgia Tech, among others.
Through my work with professionals at all levels, I’ve seen firsthand the importance of skills like communication, leadership, and confidence - which unfortunately are not taught in most schools. To address this gap, I launched a communication skills summer camp in 2024, which was incredibly well-received. Building on that success, I started the SuccessPath Leadership Academy in October 2024, a weekly program designed for middle and high school students.
